• The voucher discount cannot be used for any products or documents sold through our online shop or for any generic templates we provide ad-hoc.

• We will apply the 10% discount after we have agreed a fair price for the services you need - in other words, we won’t inflate our prices because of this offer. That way, you will get a true 10% discount.

• Your voucher can be applied to all invoices we submit to your organisation before 31st January 2024 (the discount will be recorded on each invoice) subject to engaging the service(s) to which they relate before 31st December 2023.

• Only one voucher can be used at a time within an organisation - i.e. the maximum discount you can get off any invoice from us in 2023 (and until 31st January 2024) using these vouchers is 10%.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we make or promote in 2023.

• No cash alternative or free services alternative is available against this voucher.

• Vouchers will only be sent to enquiries received by midnight of 31st December 2023, and won’t be available thereafter.

• Vouchers are not transferable; each is specific to the enquiry we sent it to.

• Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively - i.e. we won’t apply the discount to quotations, invoices, contracts of service or letters of engagement that have already been paid, agreed or issued before this offer or before you redeem your voucher.

• Discounts only apply to our own services. We cannot apply any offers or discounts to any elements or services provided by external third parties or to any third party fees and costs that we have recharged, invoiced or commissioned on your behalf nor do discounts and offers apply to any agreed or external expenses.
